Ok, so anyone getting these letters go to Parcelforce International 0800 280 2424 and then take it from there.

Well I git a bloody Border Force letter this morning too. The lady at ParceForce I've been talking to said she wasn't even aware thus had happened, asked me to send her a copy of everything so she can deal with it on her end. I also phoned the above number that Rewdog just posted and got through to a very pleas t and helpful fellow that has been dealing with all our moaning today. He is a collector himself so he knows they are not fake. Was told that the reason the licence part in the Border Force letter is blank is because there person checking the products doesn't know of ThreeZero and large figures like this get lumped in with other figures and they aren't made a a big brand name so they were written if as fake.

He said that seeing as there are so many of us in this boat that we all need to get are emails, invoices, and everything else to prove these are real licensed figures from a real licencesed company and send them to Border Force. With all of us doing that they should then realise they have made a mistake and we should Hopefully get sorted and have a happy ending if we are lucky.

I can't believe these all got picked up for being fake and I haven't heard one person have a problem getting their Game of Throne figures form ThreeZero. Terrified this is going to end badly and then in another couple months same ****e again with Raph & Donnie

But yeah, everybody get emailing proof of purchase, invoices and the rest to Border Force so we can get this sorted.

That may prove problematic, as the only email I'm seeing in the letter is hmrc.gov.uk. Maybe he meant to email the customs department at ParcelForce as that is where they are being held

Basically offered copies of my invoice, login to threezero website and all my communication with threezero. Should get a reply from this and then will supply them with whatever they ask for.

This is the most ridiculous thing ever. The burden off proof does not lie with the customer. ThreeZero need to get off of their *** and get this straightened out. Ultimately they are responsible for you guys receiving what you purchased from them.

Just to let all the guys know, I'm including screenshots from sideshows page showing that the main supplier for hot toys and a well known site is offering these figures and also states ThreeZero as the manufacture. Hopefully that might help as threezeros site is very basic.

I'm getting print outs for the border force letter as well as writing a letter to go with it myself, then enclosing all this and emailing it all to the lady I've been speaking with at ParcelForce these past few weeks.

Im hoping all this evidence will sort this out, I've got credit card stamens and everything too.

I've been told to fill in the form I linked to and then when they reply send all this information across. In the email I sent to them I told them what evidence I have along with offering to supply my threezero login details. Intend to include links to sideshow, zavvi and any other retailer carrying them particulately UK based.

Hopefully the concerted effort gets this over the line, you'd hope they'd use the evidence we all supply for all of them. There must also be some retailers involved here.

I'd like to think there are retailers involved too, as there are so very few pictures, videos and reviews on these guys. Plus all sellers I have seen are still waiting on reviving their figures in order to start shipping out to other customers. I think something really fishy and ****ed up is going on.

Can't understand why the Turtles are the ones to be picked on, when I have t seen nor heard of any problems with people reviving past figures from ThreeZero.

At this point if all we have to do is pay a large customs charge I'll take it. Rather that than not get the figures and be out money.

No confidence they either can or will in a timely fashion.

Problem is that UK Border Force don't appear to have contacted Threezero, if they had this would be sorted.
