Anyone know anything about this company? Wondering if this will be decent as far as articulation, soft goods, and longevity.

Is this the Raimi suit?

Love the diorama base the deluxe comes with.

Yes. This is the Raimi suit. Not sure it comes with a deluxe base. Where did you see that?

Proportions are pretty bad. Only thing nice looking is that base. Wish Hot Toys would redo this suit already.

What specifically is off with the proportions? Looks okay to me.

The blue is too light to be screen accurate but on this occasion I don't mind. I always though the perfect Spider-Man suit would be the Raimi one but with lighter blue in place of the navy.

The proportions look just like HT’s. Doesn’t look too bad imo. I like how they went with the first movie design.

Came across this and think it looks pretty good for an unlicensed release.

If there was a battle damaged variant made I’d be pretty tempted despite mostly not collecting Marvel figures anymore.

I'm probably going to be onboard for getting this figure if Hot Toys does not revisit this. I really wish they would go back and do the black suit Spiderman again as well. I have allot of regrets for not getting that when it was still at a good price.

Maybe Thunder Toys will make a black suit version if this one does well enough? I would grab that for sure.
I have the Hot Toys Maguire Spidey and the best thing about it is the cloth material which allows for posing without fear. I have the MCU ones and the material limits the dynamic posing.
If Hot Toys do remake the Maguire costume it will likely be in the new material, so that's something to consider.

I went back and looked at older reviews and noticed that material did seem pliable. The only issue that has cropped up with age is some discoloring in the dark blue on the legs (where it meets the boots and spots on the thigh). I see this on ones currently for sale and those who have reviewed it in the last couple of years. Not sure if that is maybe secretion from the plastic causing it or just a defect in how the outfit was dyed.
And you make an excellent point about the material Hot Toys currently uses. I do not own any Hot Toys Spiderman figures for that reason. I have never understood why anyone would want a Spiderman figure that can not pose. They look great, but the limitations just scream when you see the pics.
I hope you're right and Thunder Toys does well with this release so a black version can be made. It appears the market for those original films is coming back and there's new product to be made.

I have the Homecoming Stark suit because it's my favourite, and I Iive with him in a heroic standing pose with knees and elbows slightly bent. Spidey is my favourite and I can't not have him in my MCU collection.

That sounds awesome. Yeah, nothing beats our webhead.
