I pulled off the little neck peg thing and it looks so much better.
Indeed. Without it, the figure is waaay better looking. I am finally really happy to have Yoda join my collection. The body is stiff enough so it holds a pose without issues. The fully wired robe also helps.
I went for the standard edition as I did not need the chair, but I regret it now only for the closed eyes sculpt. Head is still a bit shaky, but nothing a lil blu tack cannot fix, or even a tiny piece of paper inside the head ball joint.

I didn’t need to remove the neck extender for the meditation pose since the head didn’t look out of place at all.

This set does everything I wanted it for. His chair and the sculpts seem much better painted than the old Sideshow figure too- from what I recall of owning it.

Love the Jedi council backdrop.
All my Jedi figures will soon be surrounding the Grand Master.

Not a bad figure but the old ESB closed eye sculpt is still #1 by far imo

Folks that missed out AOTC Yoda should support this. It's not as great like the HT version which I personally hold in high regard, but it's a damn fine effort.

Glad they're doing another run. Some people need/want a Yoda that doesn't act like the nearly 900 yr old frog he is. (OT)

Jealous of the chair this comes with.

Edit: derp

Just had a cancellation order from Kit re. the standard version re issue. Not enough people took up on it?
The deluxe version is still in stock on Onesixthkit.
