Kimbo has a huge following, his more popular then most of the UFC fighters and maybe just as popular as say Chuck Liddell. Plus Tito is leaving and he got a big following.

Yeah, more promotions need to be hooked up with HBO or Showtime, now that boxing is on it's way out. HBO always had a huge boxing promotion.

But I just can't watch that XC crap, even if it is free. But yeah, I didn't buy UFC 85 either. Way to expensive for a non-title fight. They should have just done a Fight Night on Spike. I just wish I could get HD.Net, but I already have a huge Cable and Internet bill.

Kimbo showed in his last fight he has ZERO ground ability right now, so if Brock can take him down, without getting knocked out first, he should submit him rather easy.

You really didnt miss much Occ. IMO, it was a generally weak show, and Slice as a main event was weak ass hell! Dude is getting WAY to much attention for a guy with 3 fights.

I have been watching EXC for a little over a year and they have had 10x better events of Showtime. Overall I thought it was weak, there were early stops,IMO, a bad main event, & Gina looked terrible, though she won.

The 3 Dream events blew the CBS EXC show out of the water.

Another Dream fan! Do you stay up all night watching the events like I do? It can be brutal, but well worth it. I used to do the same with Pride. I can't wait for Dream 4 this weekend. :chew

No comments on Rampage loosing last night?

I am a huge Rampage & Griffin fan so I wasnt going for either fighter, I just wanted to watch a good fight, which I think it was.

Seems A LOT of people think Rampage was "robbed", but I think the fight was close enough it could have gone either way. I was pretty stunned to see the fight go 5 rounds, never thought that would happen.

I am a bit more excited about the Liddell/Evans fight now. Imagine if Evans does win, who would have ever predicted Evans vs Griffin for the championship.

I would rather Liddell win though, I would like to see Liddell vs Griffin.

HUGE congrats to Griffin for the upset.

I think the leg kick in the 2nd changed the whole fight. There were a fews times in round 4 and 5 where it looked like Rampage was REALLY hurting. One time even almost falling over after throwing a pig punch that missed.

Griffin took some pretty big shots too, but I think if Rampage would have been on 2 good legs a few of the shots that rocked Griffin may have knocked him out.

Anyway, I thought it was a good fight.

Was glad Griffin won it, hopefully a rematch as it was an awesome fight, I think round 2 where Griffin totally dominated Rampage & the triangle in round 3 which Rampage luckily got outta swung it for Griffin. Round 2 was easily a 10-8 round

Im one of those that thought Rampage barely won the fight.
A 10-8 round is an extremely 1-sided dominated round which Rnd2 it wasnt IMO. It was just Griffin cathing him good with the leg kicks and def gaining the upper hand and decisively wining the round, but not to a 10-8 extent.

Everybodys seen the footage of Rampage getting put into a triangle and then slamming the guy out like a light. You could tell Forrest had seen that footage a lot too when he let go when he was picked up. lol

I was completely unbiased, just wanting a good fight. Which they def came thru with. Very enjoyable, but I still think Rampage barely won. The scorecards (esp that one) were a joke.
