Weird card. Less than a month away and there's been very little promotion and the full card hasn't even been finalized. Then there's the actual match ups. Miller and Shields fighting for the vacant MW title when BOTH guys are actually WW's!? Soku vs. Mousasi but it's non-title!? And then the Silva/Werdum fight needs approval because Silva was suspended for Steroids and instead of doing his time he went to Japan and fought. Strikeforce = EliteXC. Seriously.

I'd be really surprised if the Nov. show tops Kimbo fighting on TUF 10 let alone Kimbo vs. Thompson on CBS (which still holds the record).

Forest lost in a split decision. Personally I think he won the fight.


It could be interesting if both of them show up ready to fight and Tito doesn't have any injuries he can complain about.
My initial post was more in regard to this not being so much a "tune up" for Ortiz since he almost lost the first fight against Forest.
