Seriously though.. Roy would submit Toney easily. It's worth noting: James Toney has never been KO'ed in his entire boxing career.

Juanito Ibarra (working with Toney, used to train Rampage) said he'd like to see Toney fight Kimbo and then the winner of Chuck Liddell/Tito Ortiz III. Obviously Ibarra/Toney would LOVE to fight a striker/only strikers. But I agree with everyone else in here, I see the UFC putting Toney in with a wrestler/grappler just to prove a point. Then again.. Anderson Silva DOES fight at LHW every now and then. And Anderson did want to pursue boxing (fight with Roy Jones Jr.) so maybe this could be an alternative.

That might be the reason why. Look what Kimbo did to Ray Mercer, another Boxer who dabbled in MMA. Kimbo took him down and choked him the F' out. I highly doubt Kimbo would attempt to stand with Toney so I could definitely see Kimbo going for a quick sub attempt.

Friggin Hilarious. They have elevator music playing to a complete ass kicking. As soon as the clinch started, the boxer goes into a stupid punching frenzy that is ineffective at that range and ends up on his back. If Toney steps in against anyone like that grappler, its over.

And Toney against either Chuck or Tito would be funny.

Yeah but Silva could easily submit Toney if he wants too.........I mean if your a fighter, I understand theres some part of them that wants to entertain the crowd, but if you can end a fight quickly, might as well not dibble dabble
