the Bantamweight division is pretty weak right now imo. Torres has defn slipped, and nobody really stands out to me. Faber will prolly win the title pretty fast considering how quick they give him title shots.

I wouldn't say that. Like Azure said, the Bantamweight division is pretty weak at the moment. IMO Franklin could compete with and beat anyone at MW not named Anderson Silva.

He actually moved to a tougher division. I don't see Rich Franklin doing anything significant at LHW.

When he initially dropped down to fight Tanner? No way in hell was the MW division tougher than the LHW division at that time. MW was still in disarray. LHW still had the prime Liddell, Tito, Couture love fest going on. MW definitely grew tougher with the signing of Silva and some others, no one will argue with that.

I also called it pulling a Rich Franklin cause Faber is dropping to beat a guy he has already defeated. Ala Rich vs Tanner II.

I thought we were talking about losses forcing fighters to move to a different division.

When Rich fought Tanner it was his UFC debut and he was undefeated at the time. So it wasn't a loss that prompted the switch from LHW to MW intially.
