yeah you gotta remember he runs a tight ship. No matter how much of an a-hole dana comes off as or contradicts himself, hes a good business man and you gotta give him major props for what hes done with the UFC. A-hole yes, great business man, definetly, cant fault him for saying it like it is. I used to hate him also, but now I really respect the guy even if I dont always agree with him.

Its all business with Dana, he tells it like it is for the best interest of the UFC. I never like his "brash" comments cause its just BS, just him playing his new persona. Him playing his McMahon WWE role, and he knows it.

Yea I don’t think Fedor is going to have any problem running right through Werdum. Werdum has great BJJ skills but Fedor's sambo is top notch and so is his boxing. Who knows though anything is possible in this sport. I think Fedor will have to take on Alistair Overeem after this fight. I think Fedor will power through him as well. Overeem is big (steroids) but Fedor's skill is much greater but that’s just IMO.

Not aimed at anyone here, just in general:

lmao at all the Fedor fans already starting the damage control campaign just in case he loses. Claiming he's not in his prime anymore, slowing down, etc. It's funny because people said the same thing about Fedor when he was scheduled to fight Barnett. Now keep in mind, none of his fans said this going into the Sylvia OR Arlovski fight. And once the Barnett fight was canceled and Fedor was scheduled to fight Rogers, suddenly that opinion changed and Fedor was back to his "prime" form. So basically if he fights a scrub he's in his prime but if he fights someone who might win, Fedor suddenly is no longer in his prime, slowing down, etc. Classic.

And I also love how a so-so fighter/bum suddenly becomes the most dangerous fighter that's ever lived when they're scheduled to fight Fedor (Coleman, Randleman, Lindland, Choi, Hunt, Sylvia, Arlovski, Rogers, etc.) Now Werdum.

Keep in mind, this is the same Werdum who got KTFO by JDS in 1:20 of the first round. But since he's fighting Fedor suddenly all the Fedor fans are pumping Werdum up to be the greatest test to Fedor since Cro Cop back in 2006.

Basically the fedor vs Werdum fight is just a sparring practice. No one gives Werdum any shot at winning. Fedor should have fought Overeem already. As for Fedor going through Overeem easily, I dont think so. Coker claims that Fedor will fight Overeem next but who knows.

Hopefully Fedor loses so his fanatics commit suicide.

Im a huge Fedor fan and I see him beating Werdum, but Im not taking anything away from Werdum. If he wins he wins and no excuses. While I am a huge Fedor fan Im not dumb adn I know my MMA and when he fought Rogers I really thought he got his ass kicked, but he got lucky and obviously landed a good shot to end the fight.

I just want a good fight and if Fedor loses, well he loses. No big deal he either gets back up and tries to get back in the game or he retires, no big deal to me. I think Fedor is just a business man, he just fights to get paid and if he loses he moves on simple as that. Its all the people in the world who put him on this mountain who will start crying, I dont think Fedor would even be bothered. Everyone has there time and will get dropped eventually.

As for Overeem fighting Fedor, I see Overeem having a pretty good chance at beating Fedor, thats what I really want to see. Not taking anything away from Werdum, but he just doesnt do much for me as far as fighters go. On top of that Fedor doesnt fight enough anymore to really remain in any kind of rankings. Do i think hes a good fighter, hell yeah I do, is he the best...no I think Brock would beat him.

Bottom line Fedor needs to go to the UFC. The best football player's join the NFL the best basketball players join the NBA same goes for fighters and the UFC. To me Strikeforce, Dream and all the others are just stepping stones to the UFC. Not that some fighters from those organizations aren't capable of coming to the UFC and wrecking. That's just my view on it.

Again he fights like once or twice a year and while I see him kicking ass, he'd have his day and get dropped. Again if Fedor and Brock fought today, id put my money on Brock.

As long as he co-owns M1 hes not fighting in the UFC.

And there is the problem. He will keep fighting aged fighters to ensure he doesnt lose. I'll be surprised if he ever gets in the cage with Overeem.
