Whats the lawsuit all about???

Apparently Big Country signed a contract with Roy Jones Jr.'s fight promotion for some smalltime MMA show where he fought Jeff Monson. Afterwards Nelson signed on with the UFC and did TUF and then got the finale win/contract and even had 2 more fights before RJJ filed a lawsuit.

That contract Nelson signed seems to be more than just a one-time, one fight deal which means every fight Nelson has had (TUF & in the UFC) was a breach of contract on Nelson's part. So until that situation between RJJ and Nelson gets settled up the UFC won't use him. Sucks for him, but he should've read what he was signing.

looks like Bellator's deal with Fox fell thru Im guessing because now there saying its a 3 year deal with Mtv 2 for live events and even off season events.

Dang... oh well. I dont get MTV2.

I had MTV2 back when I had digital cable, which was like 5 years ago. And it is horrible. Music that no one wants to hear. MTV channels are all garbage nowadays. Atleast FSN had stuff that you might want to watch. College volleyball ... yeah.

we get most of SF Giants games on FSN, and they even show some of the UFC countdowns on it. I dont think i have ever seen 1 minute of anything on MTV 2

Good luck to Bellator. I would hate to see them fold, I actually enjoy their stuff. Even more than Strikeforce TBH.

As awesome as that would be to see again, i think the outcome would be the same. I mean Wandys looping punches and Vitors straight down the pipe striking would shut wand down quick. Wandy is a good fighter, but he likes to sit and exchange with no head movement while Vitor's boxing is awesome... at least by MMA standards.

Plus from everything I keep hearing apparently Wand might be fighting Chael. Regardless you know thats going to be an awesome card.

100% Agreed. But some people still think that win was a fluke.
