that kick won him that fight imo, if he doesnt land that, i think Henderson would have won the 5th. The guys is far from invincible, but defn has a chance to take the UFC title. He had a great fight. I thought Ben defn had the choke in the 4th, why he let go of the body triangle in the rd is beyond me. I think Edgar makes more match up problems cause he has superior boxing imo, so i hope he wins. Pettis reminds me of Silva, but i dont think he has the boxing that Silva has. Im bummed Ben lost though cause i thought he had the 5th until the kick landed.

Cruz, again didnt impress me. He has great movement, but leaves his head down and open the whole fight. I think Fabers superior boxing will win him that fight when it happens.

yeah Henderson vs Pettis...a freaking amazing battle and that crazy ninja jump kick off the cage was insane last night. My wife ended up falling asleep and Im sitting there and he pulls that kick off and Im just standing up in my living room going ape ____ screaming!!

Now M-1 and Strikeforce are trying to set up Fedor vs. Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva (who Fedor/M-1 HAND PICKED).

Overeem called out Fedor and he refused to fight. Once Overeem committed to the K-1 Grand Prix suddenly Fedor wanted to fight (because at that point it was impossible). But now that the K-1 GP is over (Overeem won it BTW) Fedor wants to fight Antonio Silva. Not Overeem.



Fedor is a joke.

Wow, you think Bigfoot's an easy fight. People been crying about that fight for along time, until Bigfoot lost to Werdum. Werdum is fighting Overeem. This is the only matchup that makes sense for Fedor in SF.

it doesnt matter if Bigfoot is a tough fight. Overeem is the best fighter in that organization and weight class imo. Fedors pulling a Mayweather. Fedor just lost to Werdum...............seems like it was ages ago, but he lost fair and quickly, he doesnt deserve a shot against Werdum. Fedor is gonna be one of those fighters easily forgotten cause he never fights, and when he does, its not the best competition.

Dude, even Scott Coker who runs SF wants Fedor vs. Overeem. Not to mention the Bigfoot Silva fight was already offered to Fedor before and he turned it down. Because back then he "wanted" Overeem (when that fight was impossible). Only now that Overeem is available to fight and after Antonio Silva almost got KTFO by a LHW does Fedor wanna fight Bigfoot instead of Overeem.

SF also signed Josh Barnett. That fight makes more sense than Antonio Silva. And as far as "Werdum is fighting Overeem" that fight is not even remotely close to happening.

Im a huge Fedor fan, but I gotta say I dont even care much about him anymore. He never fights and all these negotiations for a guy that lost to a triangle/armbar in about a minute. Its like damn strikeforce, give him a fight and be done with it move on. Hell take one from the UFC handbook and make him fight whoever or put him on the bench. I love the guy to death, but just tired of hearing all these stories of who he will/wont fight.
