He's never done :lol

Fantastic work! I'll be very interested in the commision of suits; don't know if I can afford it; but I'd love to have something close to this masterpiece :lecture

And I know its a sore subject around the 1/6 community; but if you can do this you might consider tackling the Twinch Squad suits. You could make a killing on those :lecture

Perfection is ever elusive.

But you are as damn close as any human could reach. Like King says, your Kane is a work of art that looks like the real thing! Absolutely amazing piece.

Now aren't you glad you didn't sell it a few weeks ago? :D

I must have missed the whole controversy. Why are they a sore subject? I've always wanted to have one.

Check it out. I still have some futzing to do with the rigging so that they're all centered on the torso. And of course paint and weathering, but I really like the way it looks compared to the blocky HT one. It adds an organic feel to the figure.

The smaller chest plates gives the front profile a less bulky feel. Once painted to match the shoulders - it should look awesome. The old bulky square chest plated made the figure look too robotic and less human.

Thanks FlyAndFight! I think my server had a hiccup. Images should be viewable now.

I did some still-frames of Kane on my blu-ray copy of the movie and took measurements of the "puffiness" of the arms in relation to the legs and torso.

Then I redistributed the padding in my Kane's suit to match. It turns out I had way too much padding in the lower arms. And just a bit too much in the legs.

So now the distribution is more balanced. The neat thing is that after I removed the excess padding - the material of the arms folded and collapses in a way that looks just like Kane's suit in the movie. And elbow articulation is improved as well.

Never ceases to amaze! :clap

Hey Tin, can you put up a side-by-side of the original HT Kane and your new 'real' one? I'm so spoiled by yours that I'd love to see a compare to marvel at the details.

absolute masterpiece! So what's your next project?

Thanks Edstuff!:hi5:

Before August - I want to finish this figure I started about a year ago. James Caan from "Rollerball".

Then in August I'll be producing Kane parts for you guys. :1-1:
