What you guys are referring to is called hypoteria (where 1 eye is slightly higher than the other), not lazy eye. Bruce Lee has this mildly (his left - our right in pictures). A few other celebrities have this (ie. michael jackson). But it would seem that isn't their intention with the above pics as it is exaggerated. But as noisetrigger said this won't be noticeable in person at 1:6 scale.

Love this figure, not as amazing as DX obviously but a cool addition. The body is a little different in texture, but thats probably just a different paint job.
