Wow I didn't know the M.U.S.C.L.E.S were considered vintage :horror

I have 2 sets of those in their original boxes and the boxing ring :lol

If you were a kid when they came out, then they're vintage. :)

I'm not sure of the exact year they were released, but I know I had a few alongside my GI Joes... A part of me would really like to get a bunch, but I want to keep my collecting somewhat focused! We all know how it can get out of hand easily...

Still, seeing as how a whole set of these can fit in a small fishbowl...

Some pictures of some old stuff I managed to pull out from storage.

Wow.

I think I'm going to call that "Hoarders" show and have them come and convince you to throw all this out.

And I will be waiting outside with a cube van...

The claw shield did not come with sward, it came with a brown/silver traditional sheild with the Thunder Cat logo on it, the mask was a regular halloween mask.

The Teddy Ruxpin is not the large one that you put cassetts in, but the small action figures set that came with the blow up balloon, his friends and the people that they had to run for their lives from (cartoon series I believe).

Just for fun... what do you guys consider to be the #1 most awesome single Vintage or piece of all time.

Not a series, but a single piece that just screams badass!!!

Please don't say it's the 18" kenner Alien form the 70's, it would be too hard to dig him out. :slap

Don't worry... you don't have to own the piece or provide your own picture. But of course tossing one in for reference (in case we aren't familiar) is always appreciated :duff

OK, I am going to ask for some help.

Back in 1997 Kenner put out a set of TONKA play sets called TONKA Magna Crew. There were several sets, each had a magnet action, picking stuff up, exploding, or flipping it around. There was the

Big Crane Building set (carded)
Bulldozer Construction set (carded)
AVT Drill Works set (carded)
Space Shuttle Adventure Set (carded)
Car Crusher Action Set (carded)
Helicopter Air-Rescue Set (boxed)
Fire Squad Rescue Set (boxed)
Blast and Build Bridge Set (boxed)

And the only set I couldn't find to finish the collection, was the Wreck and Repair Race Track Set. Has anyone seen it or have it?

Nice one Nam... I was thinking a Shogun Warrior as well, but was leaning towards Great Mazinga (not my image). Something about 2ft tall hollow robots with choke-your-child missles just screams awesome to me :lol

Exactly! :lol That Godzilla's the one that got away from me as a kid. Going oldschool with the acquisition too. I've decided that I don't want to go the ebay route. I'd rather hit up toy shows and see if I can score him the old fashioned way. Unfortunately, I got out bit on a complete one during a show auction in SoCal a few years back and the only other one I've found that was complete at a show in San Jose, but dude wanted a Grand for him, so I passed. One day though, it'll happen! :lol
