I must admit I am more looking forward to some Marvel attractions then Avatar land but I won't judge till I experienced it myself.

Gorgeous! Beautiful mountain and beautiful clouds.

I just had to share it with you guys because it isn't a picture I see often.

My last tribute for this weekend.

Welcome to the Hollywood Tower Hotel in Disneyland Paris. (Tower of Terror)

Same. When I went to DW, it didn't have that same...magic feeling that DL has. DL feels like home.

I had not been to DW for about 15 years until this past May and I noticed alot of differences..obviously.. outside of the normal new attractions and upgrades though, I noticed some negatives:

1. The AC in most attractions was dialed back alot, and it was in the mid 90's all week. I remember the stores and rides being ice cold and welcomed back in the day, some lines were stuffy and warm this time around.

2. Characters dont freely walk around anymore which I can understand because its hot and kids can bombard them, but it was always a cool thing back in the day when at any given turn you could bump into the 7 Dwarfs or Captain Hook.

On a positive note though, the "Cast Members" are still as friendly and nice as always and the parks seemed to be still pretty clean.

I stumbled upon some old photos from the local paper Orlando Sentinel on the opening and building of EPCOT. Some are pretty cool and it's hard to believe the park is as old as it is.

Epcot's my favorite Florida park and it's always cool to see pics from it. I bought a book called EPCOT from an antique shop a few years back. Hardbound book about the creation of the entire park. Brings back memories being a kid and just seeing pictures of the place and of the animatronics that were there.

It's rather unfortunate that Future World just isn't firing on all cylinders as it used to. Now with the Wonders of Life Pavilion completely shuttered and some attractions looking really stale, and Finding Nemo taking over the Living Seas.... it doesn't have the authentic "EPCOT" feeling it did for me as a child.

My girlfriend and I are going to Disney World the week of Halloween. We're also going to go to Universal on Halloween day to check out the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Looking forward to it.

I have to give props to Shropt for taking me to Hollywood Studios last Wednesday until the rest of my Celebration Freaks showed up. We got a chance to ride Star Tours twice and both times were different. This ride is one of my favorite rides now that they've redone it. The 3D was so cool. Loved flying around Hoth. :rock

No kidding. I have to say I've ridden it about 3 times before that and none of those adventures compared to what we did. Loves the Naboo and Hoth parts! :rock

I wasn't too impressed when I did the Star Tours ride back in 2010. I'm looking forward to checking out the revamped 3D version.

When you're at Universal, make sure you make your way towards Islands of Adventure. That's where it is. Also, be sure and have a butter beer! :duff

Last night was the debut of FANTASMIC! - GLOW WITH THE SHOW at Disneyland. For those who didn't see the video I posted weeks back, Glow with the Show are light up mouse ears, syched with infrared technology to light up at certain points of World of Color and other attractions.

This is the first time Glow with the Show has been incorporated with Disneyland Park so it'll be interesting if more people invest in it.

Here's everyone's hat waiting for the show...
