I went to Disneyland for a tiny bit yesterday....

wait, scratch that. I went to Disney California Adventure for a tiny bit yesterday. Hopped in the single rider line for Radiator Springs Racers with a buddy and we were on (separately) in 20 minutes. Not too shabby!

Here's a small handful of pics from yesterday.

In Downtown Disney at the 365 Studio Disney location, there was a Disney Channel star signing autographs. I don't know who he is so I snapped a pciture.

Hopped on over to my favorite bar: Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar: This is a reference to the Adventurer's Club in Florida that closed recently.

I'm definitely looking forward to Trader Sam's... your pictures make it look awesome. I assume this wasn't open two years ago (the last time I was there)? I can't imagine missing this, especially since I stayed in the DL Hotel.

A bottle of Coke is $3-4. In a Cup is like $2.25 or more.

Beers are $7 most of the time.... which is what many bars charge as well.

It's also a preventative measure to keep people from over doing it. They want people to enjoy the parks, not get crazy drunk.

I've found a trick at EPCOT. The Mexico pavilion sells tequila in bottles for like $8. Just go buy a margarita and keep refilling it with straight tequila. That's a good solid drunk for around $16-20. :monkey3

Yah, it opened 2011 so it wasn't there. And it IS awesome... when you can get a seat at the bar. It's not a very big space but when you're there, it's just fun.

Awesome, I'm going to be there in October for the Halloween party. Unfortunately, only two days, but still better than none. I've been meaning to check that place out.

I'm going to Disneyland Paris again next month. Any specific request for pictures of the place?

Halloween at Disneyland Paris is always fun so I'd love whatever picture of the characters you can get!

Also.. Skull Rock and I don't see much from Disney Studios.

Went to Disneyland/DCA yesterday. It was pretty crowded for a Wednesday but we did get to ride the Racers. Here is an iphone video of the ride.

I'm amazed at the number of kids in your shots considering it's the middle of the week and during the school year. There are either a bunch of parents who just pull their kids out of school whenever or they attend year-round schools and they're currently on a break. :dunno

We were suprised by how crowded it was. It took forever just to get into the parking garage to park. I heard later that some schools were closed because of Yom Kippur.

Aside from the guy taking flash pictures left and right and then half the camera being covered, great video of the ride!

I'll do my best. Disney Studios... well there isn't much of interesting stuff to photograph except for the attractions but I'll do my best.
