Listen i am not even the one that casts the spells. i put them up and i double the price and then when a purchase is made i keep half for my profit and then i pay a spell caster to cast the spell so me im not scamming others im just hiring someone to cast the spells for me.

That sounds like it just might work. No tangible product, bought from a total stranger who can't be held responsible for the quality of the intangible item because he outsourced the labor. I hope you didnt use Chinese werewolf transformation spellcasters.

Also, are the other werewolves aware of what you're doing? I can't imagine they appreciate you drawing all of this attention to them. If this really works, you must have some fear of reprisal.

You should also ask about his return policy when the spell doesn't work.

i got no fear what so ever but before any spell like this is casted the spell caster has a duty to contact the council about if it is ok for the transformation and if not then it is not allowed to change someone with out the council permission, if disobeyed then there is a penatly and it isnt a good penalty. this kind of information is not for just anyone to know. I can not tell you anymore info about the council. only those who desire to become an immortal vampire or werewolf are allowed to know information. I just so happen to know the info from personal reasons.

I can't believe there's really a council.

Is the council like a homeowners' association with codes, covenants, and restrictions? Can you ask him/her if there are any countries you are not allowed to use the spell in?
