I visit another forum and when this group visits a town where a member is located, group members go out and picket along with them. But their signs are mocking the Baptist picketers. People will hold up signs that read "God hates my sign" or they'll stand next to some one with a sign bashing homosexuals with another sign reading "<----- Loves c*ck" basically making signs to embarrass the Baptists

Yeah! Thats what I'm saying. The only way to beat these people is at their own game. Out picket their ass. Drown them out.

If you believe in Karma, they will surely get theirs. I can't foresee this lasting forever and nothing happening. Piss off enough people or the wrong people and well, you know the rest.

I have severall friend's who served in the military and I gurantee that if these guys showed up at a funeral of one of their fallen brothers, there would be hell to pay and they would think twice before ever picking up another picket sign again.

Apperantly these people didn't read the verse "thou shall not judge lest ye be judged" but I guess because their "Christians" that rule dosn't apply to them. Anyways I personally belive there is a speciall place in hell for hypocites like these people.

Trouble is they want that to happen... then they can sue your friends and make their lives miserable. They're an f'd up breed.

Oh, and just for the record how could you take someone seriously who would protest at Dio's funeral? :slap

I don't see why people who "claim" to believe in the Bible would go against what Jesus commanded, that is to love thy neighbor. This group of religious fanatics are indeed going against what they should believe if they accept the Bible. Judge not, lest ye be judged. Regardless of your personal beliefs, there is never any cause to do such acts of hate as these. They walk a very slippery slope.

Your probably right however I have 2 friends in particular (both former Army Rangers) who could and would find ways make their lives just as miserable.

Reguadless these people are not Christians and I doubt any of them have read the Bible. If Christianity is true, I'm sure Jesus is not very thrilled by at these people spreading such hate in his name.

One word...

SNIPERS

The Westboro Baptist Church is full of vile, hateful & ignorant trash and I'm ashamed that they even reside in the same state I live in.

May they all rot in hell very slowly & painfully.

On the bright side there are several Chapters of the Christian Motorcyclists Association here in South Central Kansas that attends military funerals and does their best to shield mourners from those bastards.

They picketed outside my Church last year during Corpus Christi. That is when the archbishop, priests, clergy, choir and parish members all parade around the block with trumpets and bagpipes and singing. It's pretty cool.

I don't know why they were there though...except to say that God hates ****. Funny thing was there was more people who showed up to picket them with signs that God loves everyone including gays. Crazy world.

They do suck though. We have a lot of gay men in the choir and it made me feel sad that they were the target of these people's hate. But they were strong and sang loud with a lot of pride - even with signs and people yelling only a couple feet away.

You guys should picket their Sunday morning services. Bring a good radio boombox or maybe a car with good sound and start playing Dio during mass. Invite some gay friends to help you protest, if you know any.
