Good for you bro. All will fall in love with this statue once opened and displayed. Pretty much guaranteed IMHO. This might be one of the greatest 1/6 pieces ever made

Pretty amazing all right! Despite my initial and emphatic, "No way!" when i saw the price and it's gargantuan size,
I completely imploded today at the thought of missing out 
and ordered up. Now I just have to completely rearrange my entire collection so I can find a place to put it (and the enormous box that it's going to come in… IDEA!… Maybe I can move into the box.)

Ive never bought any statue for this kind of money but as soon as i saw it i knew i had to have it. To be honest i think the price is fair especially for the size.

I have to admit I'm curious to see the reaction once he starts arriving to people. I know how I felt and others around me at Comic-Con but the reaction by those that haven't seen it in person will be fun.

You should be ok. I think it sells out quicker than I thought but not that quick.

This will be a jewel in my collection. It looks so good it sells itself. I wouldn't be surprised if this was gone by next week or sometime next month.

Your pics from SDCC helped.I love my super heroes but I was really impressed with Weta this year and I can only hope they keep it up.
This is like cave troll potential, dare I mention the Balrog... it looks that good.

They nailed comic-con this year with all of their stuff. So much Middle-earth goodness.
I expect that Trent to continue with the skills they've been displaying.
He could very easily be a grail like piece. Only 500 made is a low ES even 10 years ago.

Damn, it looks like I may miss out on this one if it's already half sold out. I just can't afford to have $600 from my bank account sit in limbo while the pre-order is authorized.

ES is alot lower...Cave Troll ES was 750 and Balrog was 1000
