I once saw a movie that was a dark take on Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Sigourney Weaver played the evil stepmother and the seven dwarves were more like seven crazed thugs. It was cool.


I would like to see some of the classics re-made with a horror bent like that movie...only much scarier.

Think MacFarlane's Twisted Land of Oz figures made into a movie.

Or think Cinderella meets Hellraiser.

The Dark Tower series. I would actually like a series on HBO, but that's the dream. I know JJ Abrams now owns the rights to it (which he bought from King for $19 ) so it's in the right hands. I just think the books get so long that a series on HBO would be the most beneficial for the story.
