I just re-read this post in its entirety for the first time and I cannot believe what some people had posted about the acting ability of Robert Downey, Jr and Heath Ledger.
I suppose there is no accounting for taste. IMHO, these guys are (were) two of the best actors of their generation, easily.
... And they were LONG before they landed roles in super hero movies.
No ^^^^. I liked the choice of Ledge from the start, he was a amazing actor. Downey Jr is also a very good actor that has shaken off his troubled past to put in good performances in several films.
That said, TDK is still my most anticipated movie of the year.
