Looks like all the Batman fanboys voting for the Darkknight are all Batman obsessed. Their signatures and avatars are covered with that freak. No way that's healthy. :lol

just wait until all the Marvel guys get off work :lol

Hmmmm. I really liked both movies for different reasons. Robert Downey Jr. was awesome as Stark- perfect even. The Iron Man movie itself was a bit boring. I really just don't like origin movies and I also thought the end battle was weak.

Now onto Batman, Ledger was UNBELIEVABLE- PERFECT!! He was actually scary good. Bale is getting stale but still the best batman the screen has seen. The story towards the end faltered but Ledger did make this movie brilliant. They better have another hidden Ace like Ledger up their sleeves for the next sequel or it's gonna suck.

i like both to but bale was only good as bruce wayne and sucked as batman

I am pretty neutral on the subject, but I can't understand how you can say TDK is nothing without Ledger without acknowledging that IM would be nothing without RDJ.

I think this is pretty much true. Both of these movies had to have those specific actors or else....

No Dark Knight without Ledger and no Iron Man without RDJ. Both were too perfect for the roles.

I say it's nothing without Ledger because it is a Joker movie. Not a Batman movie. Without a perfect Joker it would have plain and simply sucked. I saw it twice and IM only once. Why? Ledger. He was that good. Bale is stale. Downey is rehab fresh. Supporting cast of both movies was meh. Maggie G. was only outpaced in blahness by Gwyneth (iwannabeabrit) Paltrow. They were both outstanding movies IMO. Just prefer IM.

TDK should not even be compared to IM.

TDK was smart script writing. Unpredictable

I could see how they could be compared. Being a fan of darker stories though I gravitate toward the Dark Knight but only really because of Ledger. I thought Two Face sucked. Harvey was OK and the Maggie was uninspiring in her role. The more I write about and think about the Dark Knight the more I am convinced that it's cinematic success and brilliance hinged on Ledger's performance. I can't think of another actor who could have done that so well.

you're gonna tell me Aaron Eckhart was meh? and freeman and caine? what about Eric roberts? he was a really good

I'm pretty sure Batman new who he was going after when those two were trapped in the buildings full of bombs. That girl was fugly as hell.

The Dark Knight for me.

I loved Iron Man as well, but more so for Robert Downey Jr.'s performance. It's really the only thing the movie has going for it.

Yes.

Aaron was himself. Check out his other movies. I didn't get much from him onscreen... I just got kind of annoyed.

Freeman, same as Begins.

Cain, is perfect for Alfred. No complaints from me on this one.

Who was Eric Roberts? Exactly. :lol

Eric Roberts??? You gotta be kidding me. With that "Brooklyn" accent??:rotfl:rotfl:rotfl Dude. He's a joke. Eckhart...very good in the role. Freeman...nothing special. Same exact role in a similar movie. Caine? Same story.
