I'm pretty sure Batman new who he was going after when those two were trapped in the buildings full of bombs. That girl was fugly as hell.

That is my only nitpick with this film is Maggie. I got used to her though after my fourth viewing.:lol

my thoughts on TDK

1.maggie sucked

2.Aaron was good

3.bale as wayne ok

4.bale as batman sucked (was better in BBs)

5.ledger was the best part of the movie

6.story was ok

7.opening bank scene was the biggest BS

I think TDK is an over all better movie. Bale as Batman with that voice almost ruined it for me, almost. The Joker was Tyler Durden and Project Mayhem, I don't think his character was all that original nor was his acting. If you don't believe me watch fight club again.I have to say I enjoyed watching Iron Man a little more. I do think Wall-e is the best movie of the summer though.

I still need to see that one. It is quite amazing how animated movies turn out being better than ones shot with real people. Movies have really come a long way.

I thought both movies were good.

TDK was over hyped to an extent,(and definitely not the second coming fanboys are making it to be) and i agree it woulda bombed without ledger's Joker. Just like IM woulda bombed without RDJ.

IM FTW for me.

Same here going with IM, since it was fresh and somethn different, I like both of these and it was a hard call...

TDK. Iron Man was good, but on par with Spiderman 1 for me. The final 20 to 30 minutes was pure, predictable crap with Jeff Bridges and RDJ spouting out bad comic book lines after another. IM was fun, don't get me wrong, but I walked away thinking it was good and can wait to see it again on Blu Ray. My best friend is a HUGE Marvel guy and we went to see IM once, Hulk twice and TDK 4 times now. Like he said"Downey nailed Stark, too bad they ran out of ideas in the last 20 minutes".
TDK was talked about, analyzed and we pretty much came to the conclusion that it's not better than Batman Begins, but it was a great second act. Ledger was perfect, but so was Eckhart, Bale and Oldman. Fully realized characters with a fully realized story.
BTW, I'm so not a dark, brooding emo kid, just prefer great storytelling to special effects.
