Which SUPES?

All of the Superman Returns figures are great.. yes even the DCD one... but I don't understand all the bashing on Medicom? is it because of the price? I love the HT version... and I would have gotten that version if medicom didn't make one...

By the way, I am not really bashing any of these.
I like them all. If I had gotten the Medi, then I would be defending it with the same commitment I am sure. BUT, I got the HT, so I am fine with it.

What does it matter if George was dead before you were born? Even I missed him(though only by 2 months). The show has been on forever, and the first 4 seasons are available on DVD. I also recently found a DVD with all 17 of the Fleischer cartoons. Pick your version, and you can find him(except for Kirk Allyn, of course,)...PS

The Fleischer Cartoons are some of the best toon ever made. The style and the animation rule even by todays standard. They were fun.

As for live action, Superman has been played by some very fine actors, and you can't go wrong with choosing anyone over the other.

I've seen two episodes of George playing Supes, and he just wasn't very appealing. Chris Reeves was way better than him!

I still think that overall the HT version is the one I'm most impressed with. I wish the paint apps were a bit more realistic... but the headsculpt (especially illustrated by some excellent repaints) seems to be the best. And the outfit looks better overall.

I guess I'll eventually have to get him, just hoping the price will drop at some point or maybe I can find him loose w/o box or something.
