I just spoke to Jennifer @ SSC customer service dept... There are Preds in stock.... If you have a broken Pred arrive .. they will replace the broken section, replacing the broken part if possible. They will not send you an entirely new Pred if say the head is broken.. They gave the usual these are hand made and painted, no two are alike, and the paint apps will not be perfect because they are hand made. They will not replace your entire item if your not happy with the paint apps... they will offer you a slight refund or you can return the entire item! Most of you know this already I also spoke with someone in the returns dept.. and there is not a rampart out of control return of the Pred LSF. They have had some replacement pieces due to breakage and they claim they have addressed them to their best degree.. They also said there is not a massive Darth Maul problem either.. a few issues with some light sabers not working or broken in shipping which they claim they have addressed with the customers. So there you have it.. it's as always are call to buy or not! I'm getting the Pred..

Yes, I actually chuckled a bit out loud when she said that.. but again, it's up to the purchaser...

I hope mine will be as great as I expect it to be, and if it's not.. back it goes.. they do have a return policy..

With no ES they have plenty to spare,and they MUST replace the bad QC or broken pieces.This thing should be available 5 years from now so there's no excuse not to fix the DOA statues.

BTW this thing looks more like 1/3,the price should be max $1.200.

Ha, ha. I didn't even notice that in the video...maybe he had a spare.

This LSF actually comes with both.
You can choose to display him with the spear in his hand and have his whip (a completely separate piece that's included) coiled up and hanging from his waist. Or... you can have him holding the whip in hand with the spear on his backpack. In this case, he should no longer have the whip hanging from his waist.

But of course, the owner of the statue gets to display as he/she sees fit.

Not yet. Still haven't pulled the trigger. With an open ES I'm trying to take it slow. Basically trying to talk myself out of it. It's not working.

good for you attom just hope your QC is good as this is the only thing that's holding me back and the price of course i'm not rich and would have to flex. To buy this in the uk it's going to cost $2570 but i do love this it's the ultimate statue great art just sideshows QC is very disappointing for the cost
