ok guys here is the truth... Wolf is also 1/4

Predator Maquette is a 24" and a 1/4 Scale Maquette... (24" H (609.6mm) x 18" W (457.2mm) x 15" D (381mm))

Well based on this, it looks like he is about the same size as predator maquette, although I think the original predator maquette is a bit bigger than 1/4 scale. He is HUGE for 1/4 scale.

So are you getting this Asian?

Dear lord, I am speechless.

I thought that this would really be 1/3 scale..I mean for the price, they couldn't be lying, right? And they even told everyone interested, hundreds of people, that it was indeed, 1/3 scale. ON FACEBOOK FFS!

This is it. This really is it. I honestly hope the people who made the decisions on this statue suffer a very slow and painful death. They deserve it.

Never, I promise you, NEVER... buying another item from this horrible company.

It's shocking, really. I can't believe they are actually saying this is 1/3 scale, which means it's worthy of two thousand dollars...just because they posed the whip higher than his head. What an evil company.

Actually, it seems a little smaller than 1/4 since the Alien should be towering over him, but he'd be nearly the same size if he was standing up straight. Therefore, if the Alien is 1/4, Wolf is closer to 1/5 or 1/4.5.

i dont even think it's greed on sideshow's part, that company is just mentally retarded when it comes to the LSF line. If they want to make sure this line is available for a long time, then create an ex for ES: 200 then set the reg ES to 1000 or something, how many will honestly buy a $2000 statue? not many. This will keep the statue in limited edition category & the fans happy while make sure it's available for a long time, and the hardcore fans will be fine because of the ex. It's a win win for everyone.

Instead they release all LSF with no edition size no ex, that's like a black hole for many of us, i wouldnt touch this with a ten feet pole. The rarity is a major factor of collecting those especially at the top tier.

ps before you go off on collect what you like es doesnt matter, they DO. It might not matter to YOU, but clearly it matters to many.

You hit the nail on the head for me; I don't care if it is 1/4th or 1/3rd. It looks bad ass and I want it, but for $2k I want the thing to be pretty damn limited. $2k Open ES items will drop in price like a brick in a pool. I will just wait until I can pick this up on the cheap later or until something better is released.

$2k is ridiculous for this, and people moaned about Medusa being $600 and BigChap being $800, and both are very comparable to this size/material wise. Even with "licensing" and whatnot. This is substantially more than even the Predalien or Berserker life-sized busts!

well in all fariness, none of these statues will ever be perfect to scale cause Big Chap seems a little bigger then 1/4, but there's no doubt Wolf is 1/4, compared to what SS said on FB. I called them out on FB twice about it. This piece is the biggest rip off from SS to date imo, yet, I love it and one day, it will be mine, but not anytime soon.
