Growing up (and reading X-Men) in the 80s, I have more of a nostalgic connection with brown Wolvie. So, I would definitely prefer that to tiger stripe version, but will be happy with either.

Since they went the yellow/blue route, though, I'm still kind of bummed that the Ex head wasn't first appearance mask, instead of maskless. I love the original Wolverine design. Plus, would have been cooler to pose with Hulk.

I agree with you man. Brown costume woud have been best.

And the "cat" style mask wouldv'e made an awesome exclusive.

Honestly though, I wouldn't be surprised if we get a "retro" wolvie someday with the old school mask and the big old honkin' claws.

(I would buy one if they did)

I'm sure they'll release a "Brown costume" version. Why wouldn't they? I would think it would sell at least as well as this yellow/blue one.

But if you don't want to take the chance, just purchase this one. If the brown one is released later on you can sell the yellow/blue one. I'm sure it will retain its value even with the possible release of the brown version.
