Just got my EX Wolvie in last week. I have had enough time to come to the conclusion that he is in fact quite awesome! The pajama controversy does not really bother me, but I guess he would look better as a Comiquette. All that aside I could not be happier with this guy! The EX head is a must have & the chromed claws are friggin' awesome in person. I have yet to see a picture that can do them justice.
I'm sure there are Wolvie Comiquette owners & fans out there, but personally I can't say I am a fan of that pc... not to mention the Logan PFF that IMO is fugly. So personally this is the best representation of Wolverine... so far. again in my personal opinion:wink1:

i like the exclusive prints. that means i can pick up the regular version on the secondary market for big saving$$$$$$.

Very good point, that means that you don't like the prints since you're not getting them, but you do like the fact that do exist.

I need a few questions answering if someone could help me out? Does the regular version head come off or is it glued on? Also does anyone have a spare reg head by any chance? mine is damaged and SS have no replacements left :( Thanks guys.

Sucks to hear :(
What happened to your regular head?
I don't think anyone would have any extras because SS tells us to destroy ours if we get a replacement.

I finally opened mine up and took a look. Personally I like the cloth material, pose and especially like the way the claws look. I just dont like the sculpt. I am bugged by how his chest and stomach area looks. I feel like his rib cage pops out way to much and his chest is way to flat. Feels out of proportion. I also dont like the exclusive head. Looks like hes biting his lip, a yell seems more appropriate. Will pose with masked version. Overall he's wolverine in yellow and will look great with the other 90's jim lee PF styles they might be doing.

a little bummed about my Ex:

1. my logan head doesn't sit down far enough on the neck/body (working with SSC on this),

2. the left thigh seems to have a 'break" in it where it would appear 2 castings were put together ... anyone else have this as well or is mine simply broken?

Pretty sure everyone has that. It is a seam where the left leg attaches to the hip.

You can pick up regulars on the secondary market regardless of what the exclusive is.

a print is a hell of lot less desirable than say an alternate face sculpt. if the exclusive is a print, i can pick up the regular version for at least $50 less from a retailer. it's the same exact statue for $50 less...get it?

It's got a very small chip on the black band on the back :( it could be repaired with a bit of paint but I'm no good at repaints! If anyone could help me' out I would be grateful.

I'm not painter myself, but my Wolvie had a tiny paint chip in the blue shoulder area. So I just bought some blue acrylic paint to touch it up. Luckily mine had a damaged hand (one bent claw), so I was able to recieve a replacement. Although I smashed the original, I kept a larger peice so I could make sure the blue paint matched first beforehand.

You said yours was just a chip on the black part of the mask, that shouldn't be too tough. Just any black acrylic paint should do. Just make sure to use a tiny, tiny brush.
