Price jump indicates reselling for a profit which people on SSF couldnt care less about.

But I do get what your saying. The value of the statue will go up.... as long as they remove the seams.

I don't see this exclusive going for sub-retail with an edition size of 700. It is a very nice interpretation of the single most popular Marvel character. It's only gonna go up in value, I would imagine, though obviously not as much as if fewer were made.

You could be right, but the Hulk PF, Spidey PF, Modern Iron Man Comiquette, Wolverine comiquette exclusives all had ES of 500 or less. Cap' seems to be the exception.

If the economy does not improve by release, it's likely this will end up on eBay for cheaper. I bet if Wolvie was ready to ship now, there wouldn't be a waitlist.
