hi does anyone elses wolverine have bent claws?

i bought wolverine on ebay and sent the seller photos regarding the claws and he says that he checked other statues and that they are all the same

my left hand claw is the worst with one claw shorter than the other two and the middle claw bent

and the right hand claw isnt as bad but when looking straight on but from the side looks like one of the claws is angled higher than the other 2

I have seen some bent claws but not that bad. Mine were not bent at all. SS would probably send him a replacement if he shows them your pics. Then he could send the new hand to you.

the middle claw was bend on both hands at mine. but they did allign properly. so carefully bended the middle ones into place. looks good now

I had the claw issue like yours (but worse)

But I bought direct and SSC hooked me up with a nice minty replacement.

Be careful if you try to bend that middle claw back... You don't want any pressure from the metal to the polystone, it will crumble like an egg shell.

My claws looked like the pic above. I believe they are arranged that way on purpose. It seems like SS was going for a dramatic look to the hand. I could be wrong though.

I got my Gambit Sabretooth and Wolverine EXs....

but I havent had the chance to go home and check them out. In the process of moving, Im a little worried... I've never bought a sideshow statue before. I just hope it comes out alrite. And I wish that sideshow would've made a limited edition xforce statue of wolverine, same pose different costume.

i managed to bend the left hand claws to make them fairly straight but one is still slightly shorter than the other two, but you can only notice this if you take the hand off and look or get really close

and the other hand, the middle claw came out clean without breaking the claw hole bit and i was able to glue that back in straight and slightly bend the other claw back.

so they look good now and cant wait to properly have this statue in a display cabinet
