It's a 6/10 on a good day, at best.

It's 45 minutes too long
The first act feels like watching paint dry
They ruined the WWII setting, and made it some colorful, cringey, garb. Imagine how much cooler it would have been if the Russo's directed it. WW seems to understand this, it actually feels like WWII.
