IMDB LMAO.

That place is a ****house.

Yeah, cause if 89,0000 people disagree with you, the place must suck ...

A recent comic page expresses my feelings more than I could ever do in words:

P.S. Before I get yelled at, I would like to point out, it was aimed at his attitude, not his physical being ... cheers ... :monkey3

I thought Spidey 3 was ok, seen it only a few weeks ago, but worst for me was Deathproof, Tarintino is overated, Best would go to Apocalypto.

Worst movie in the last 5yrs is easily, no question about it Superman Returns, what a pile of crap, being a Supergeek, what a bunch of crap.

Got to totally agree with you about Apocalypto. That was such an awesome movie...one of my favorites! :rock :rock :rock

wanna talk attitude take a look at that place.Yeah 89,0000 internet users half of which are probably under 18 and vote 1 or 10 just cause they either love or hate a movie.Ever read the forums there?I rest my case.:rolleyes:

I'm a good judge of if a movie is going to suck or not. That said, the worst movie that I paid to see was Spiderman 3. What a piece of crap follow up to the awesome Spiderman 2.

I really liked SM1 and 2 never saw 3. I have to say the overload of SM3 products SS put out and all the hype totally burned me out and when the movie came out I had lost all interest. Glad to hear I didn't miss out on anything.

You should see it and judge for yourself.Never listen to others only you can decide. While i did have problems with it,i enjoyed it more than SM2.(And thats regarded fairly high)And probably mainly due to my lack of interest in Doctor octopus never cared for him even in the comics. But i still think SM1 is the best of the bunch.

Go see 3 and then decide.

I probably will one day.....overhype on something can really turn me off, which is what happened with SM3. It also happened with Mel Gibson around the time Apocalypto was released. I finally ended up watching it a couple months after it came out on DVD and boy did I regret not seeing that in the theater.

Well I'm 16 (basically still called a kid) and I love Hitchcock movies, European films, and Casablanca.
But then again, I am a minority of younglin's who appreciate good cinema...say over an Adam Sandler movie.
:D

And on the dissapointing vs worst criteria so me at least I ONLY go to see a movie in cinemas that I think will be good or am anticipating. Therefore dodging all the movies I already know will be absolute crap. So for worst movie for me in 2007 was SM3 because it was a film I was excited for and also was the worst movie I saw in 2007, being dissapointing and all.

Exactly my point!!

No most of those kids don't even know and are ignorant of such classic movies and hence have not voted for those classics..Only the **** they watch. You think a typical teen is gonna go on that site and rate Cidade de Deus a 10? LMAO.

It's a ****house.
(I'm glad that the older generation is keeping the top 20 semi respectable.)But don't for one minute think that it's because of All the IMDB users that it's like that. The place is mostly overrun by tards.:rolleyes:And is hardly credible outside of that top 20 you posted.Stuff like fight club # 27 hey good film deserves to be 27? NO! THE INCREDIBLES while not a bad film has no reason to be in the top 250 with an 8.1

Kids teens have an influence, and it's not always a good one.Hey it's the internet.

Actually Im pretty surprised by how good the IMDB list is, especially as its infested with psycho angry users (you can tell by their message board - possibly the worst on the net)

And yeah the majority of teens are ignorant to good cinema and it drives me crazy when Im around *******' who are saying how **** an amazing movie is just because theyre too stupid to comprehend the plot or the acting. So yeah its frustrating, because theyre missing out. Naturally I voice my opinion on cinema constantly when others make ignorant comments and I do hope that when theyre older they will be able to appreciate older films for their quality and timelessness.
If not, Im scared they'll die out to newer generations of filmgoers, which would be really sad indeed.:monkey2
