There is no such thing as a permanent cure. Nutrition is giving the body all of the nutrients it needs in order to make it's healing faculties strong enough to heal itself. The body can heal itself but only if it has the nutrients, ie the raw materials it needs, and only if enough of the toxins that poison the body and impair it's healing itself are removed. Nutrition involves working WITH the body and giving it what it needs, which, with its intelligence it can do perfectly without toxic side effects, as opposed to putting some agent into the body intended to attack disease directly, which, invariably attacks the body as well, like chemotherapy does.

Perhaps you don't understand how a nutritional protocol facilitates healing. Nutrients don't heal. They give the body what it needs so it, with it's intelligence has the ability to heal itself. The body has great healing ability, but it only works if it is GIVEN WHAT IT NEEDS to do the job. The body heals. Nutrients don't.

Drugs tell the body what to do, as if they can tell the body what to do as well as the body itself can, given the right nutrients. That is one of the reasons why drugs have side effects. It is partly about compromise. The body can't heal itself given the materials it has, so you give it a drug to tell it shift resources it uses for other body functions in order to do what the drug tells it to do. There is always a cost.Otherwise, the notion is that somehow drugs "create" a healing. They can't.


There is simply no way to make a cure or drug that is as intelligent and safe as what the body can do itself, because no drug can understand the body and it's needs as well as God or nature did that designed it. Man and his limited intellect can never fully comprehend it's systems and how they all work together from moment to moment, or at least no outside agent or technology can be invented that is advanced or sophisticated enough to do it as well as the body can heal itself without negative side effects. No matter how much time scientists put in and regardless of how much money and effort, they will never be able to do that.


That is why man cannot invent a cure for cancer, ever.
Only the body can create things with nutrients, and then, with more nutrients, or more raw materials, more results can be obtained.
Isn't that reasonable assessment?

At the very least, people who went on nutritional programs like the Gerson Therapy were made more comfortable and were in less pain because of it and dies more comfortable before they died even when it didn't save their lives. I am talking about cases in which all of the pain medication that could be put into a patient didn't stop the pain, but the nutritional regimen DID.

Who do you think the government works for, mostly? Whose interests do they serve? The rich people who are the few with power and influence who want to stay in power and stay rich and become more powerful and richer, or the interests of the many who have 1% of the wealth of those rich? Human nature has been for governments to serve the interests of the rich and powerful, first and foremost. Which "We the People" does it serve? The rich and powerful are people, too. Has human nature really changed significantly in the last 1,000 years?

Since resources in the world are finite, if the few rich and powerful are to stay that way, they cannot lose riches or allow the many to gain much more than they already have access to, lest the rich become poorer, which is unacceptable to them.


Based on this understanding, whose interests does the government ultimately serve? Is it more likely that the government exists to serve the masses first and foremost, or is it more likely that politicians give lip service and doublespeak to confuse the masses into believing that the government makes decisions which impact them negatively by mistake, whereas in fact, it was done deliberately that was presented as a mistake in order to ensure the masses compliance and cooperation in ultimately working for the benefit of the rich and powerful either directly or indirectly?

I decided to fact check myself because occassionaly I feel the need to "contribute". That said I find a few things interesting. First I can drink juice today while I'm crapping coffee! The second point of interest is where they are licensed to practice this miracle cure. Good luck with that! Third is that there is NO controlled studies to show evidence that this works. In fact there is really only documentation about how harmful it is.

Gerson therapy requires following a strict low-salt, low-fat, vegetarian diet and drinking juice from about twenty pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables each day. One glass of juice is consumed each hour, thirteen times a day. In addition, patients are given several coffee enemas each day. Various supplements, such as potassium, vitamin B12, pancreatic enzymes, thyroid hormone, and liver extracts, are used to stimulate organ function, particularly of the liver and thyroid. Sometimes other treatments such as laetrile may also be recommended (see Laetrile).

Treatment is usually begun at an inpatient clinic over several weeks. The Gerson Institute does not own or operate any medical facilities and instead it refers patients to clinics it licenses. Currently the only licensed clinic is in Tijuana, Mexico. Clinic fees often exceed $4,000 per week. Treatment may last from a few months to 10 years or more. It is generally recommended for at least 2 years in cancer patients. The Gerson Institute also offers a home therapy package.

Use of the Gerson therapy can lead to a number of significant problems. Serious illness and death have occurred from some of the components of the treatment, such as the coffee enemas, which remove potassium from the body and can lead to electrolyte imbalances. Continued home use of enemas may cause the colon's normal function to weaken, worsening constipation problems and colitis. Some metabolic diets used in combination with enemas cause dehydration.

Serious infections may result from poorly administered liver extracts. Thyroid supplements may cause severe bleeding in patients who have cancer that has spread to the liver.

Gerson therapy may be especially hazardous to women who are pregnant or breast-feeding. Relying on this treatment alone and avoiding or delaying conventional medical care for cancer, may have serious health consequences.
