IKR the ending with Peter and MJ dancing with the love theme playing with no words and sad looks on their faces I was thinking WTF! But when I heard Raimi's commentary on the blu Ray I can understand he was going for a symbolic ending to the trilogy but it still pissed me off.

What's the meaning?

What's the meaning?

Raimi said " there's nothing left to say..but goodbye " .. to all the fans and supporters in this adventure " he mentioned both Toby and Kirsten knew filming that scene was their swan song. That they both didn't want to do another Spidey film if Raimi left.

He also mentioned the mood during shooting that day was sad for both of them and that the characters of Peter and MJ were supposed to be expressing the long journey the trilogy took to these characters to get to where they are in their relationship and character development in the films and that eventhough the world knows that MJ and Peter will always live on..this chapter is now the end. Both actors treated the scene as if it was the end of a successful era.

Why also Raimi added the fade out he said.

you were joking.

Are you joking or are you just high comparing X-men to Donner's Superman

X-men has already been forgotten in the Hollywood archives but Donner's Superman will always be an Iconic classic :nono

Forgotten by you maybe. Superman is only memorable because of the nostalgia that some people can't let go of...ask any person under the age of 30, and they don't give a **** about the Donner films.

I'm not sayin' she's a bad actress but she's in these films only because producers want to use her fame.
Her character is too far from the one in comics and she doesn't look good or act well in the role.
