So, basically the Bourne franchise?

She has an average body. She might be pretty but her body is not that amazing. U can see hotter girls at ur local hooters. That's the thing. Go to the mall and ull see better girls.

The better question is why guys are drooling over an average girl. Even I was for a while before the pics leaked. Those pics were soul crushing

(same goes for wonder woman, and that case is worse)

I agree. She's good-looking but not knock-out gorgeous. I don't think I've seen any of her films and had a "Man, she's hot!" moment. Is she better than average looking? Sure. However, when the national average is somewhere between a cow and hippopotamus that's not saying much.

She's had some good roles in films when Hollywood is desperately trying to build up a next generation Meryl Streep or Julia Roberts. A lot of her popularity is from her selling her "OMG, I'm just a normal girl that eats junk food and falls down" persona to the masses. Girls think they can be her and guys think they'd have a chance to bang her.

Ah man, then it hurts me to tell you this, but I'm loving Daredevil season 2 so far :lol

Why does it hurt you? Wait! NOOOOOOOOOO! :lol

I'm just kidding. I watched some of Daredevil and the first two episodes affirmed my worries after seeing the trailer. They were really underwhelming to me. However, Episode 3 was a different story. I thought it was great! I was worried that Matt was going to get really mopey from the trailer and I thought they were going to play up a victimization of Punisher, but it doesn't seem like that's the case. Not sure about Foggy still.

I didn't see your thoughts in the Daredevil thread. I just skimmed quickly to see if people were digging it because I didn't want to get spoiled. I'm glad there's a superhero release that everyone seems to be loving!

By the way, what was the overall consensus on the trailer? It's the only movie trailer that I was compelled to watch multiple times besides the Batman v Superman trailers. I loved it, but since most people on this forum didn't like those, I'm curious!

I figured! I can understand that. I'm fine with the cgi. Maybe it's because I watch the trailers on a tiny screen. That's also how I really enjoyed Man of Steel because I watched it in segments on my I-phone while exercising. Watching something like Unforgiven or Downtown Abbey (I was surprised how much I liked that show) is kind of difficult when your adrenaline is going. :lol

I LOVE the color! I never read any of the Apocalypse stuff, so I don't know what's going on with the cars being drained of color or whatever, but it looked cool!

I agree with you, I felt the first two episodes were the weakest of the season, but I still enjoyed them. From episode 3 and on Ive loved every episode. I'm loving this season a lot more than the first.

I wasn't a fan, actually I think that could be attributed more to the Coldplay song that plays than the actual footage they showed. All they seem to show is the destruction Apocalypse is bringing and none of that great character focus and chemistry that the series is known for. The new trailer didn't show anything new really outside of a few action shots which is also why I might be underwhelmed. I still think it'll be a good movie but the trailers don't impress me like X2, FC, and DOFP did.

I actually got my BvS for next week, I'm hoping it's great man, I know you're probably more excited for that movie than anything else on the world :lol

I think it's just a side effect of the Hollywood machine. You can't blame them. They need to keep repopulating, like Menudo.

What I took away from the trailer is that Bryan Singer was having more fun. I wasn't fond of the "Have you ever tried not being a mutant?" and "Mutant and proud" sort of stuff. Those type of things distorted my view on the films and made me think there was a lot of sub-text to the characters actions that was trying act allegorical, and I wasn't the biggest fan. Hearing the Coldplay's "Beautiful World" gave me a similar worry, but I probably just way over-thinking this stuff.

By the way, I don't know if you remember me saying something along the lines of all I cared about is that they're true to the characters. I have to go back on that since I love MCU Iron Man and he's nothing like the comic character from what I read. I wasn't fond of the source material. Same with Thor. I enjoyed the Thor movie and I disliked Thor in the comics (sorry, Gaspar!). I skipped that whole crossover with the X-Men because I didn't like him or his universe. Heck, I like Captain America, but the MCU version probably had more development in the Winter Soldier movie than his whole 70 year history. Double heck, this Netflix Punisher's might end up being the same way. Triple heck, if I was to re-watch all the X-Men films, I might be shocked to see how well that character was developed. (You better watch out by the way. I don't know if a triple heck causes anything to happen.)

I'm not going to jump on the X-Men 3 hate wagon because I don't remember it, nor Wolverine origins since I never saw it, but surely comics have story lines that are far worse than those movies? I've never seen the Daredevil movie, but I doubt that's the worst Daredevil story. Outside of Frank Miller's run and maybe a couple others, there's a lot of garbage. To me, this Daredevil Netflix is so much better than the source material all things considered. That applies to a lot of these adaptions. I don't know how some fans can expect audiences to weed through so much juvenile nonsense or contradicting interpretations within one continuity to get to great stories when they can just see a decent flick.

There I go again with my dumb ramblings. I should probably be paying attention to watching Daredevil. Unless I'm with someone, I always multi-task when I'm watching something!

What day are you seeing it? I'm really looking forward to your thoughts! If you're seeing it early, feel free to rip my heart out and stomp on it a few times if it doesn't turn out so well.:lol

I really hope I don't suffer from foot in the mouth syndrome but after reading those spoilers, I am fairly certain THIS film will be my Star Wars

I am super pumped

Bravo on the plot line at least... Love the idea of a mutant fight club

This is nothing like First Class

Far more action

First Class was a great film tbh
