Just saw this movie and it was ok. I mean there were no real dazzling parts of anything. The dialogue was cheesy and there were a few things I needed more explaining and the characters needed more development. I loved what Jean said as they were leaving the movie, "They say the third movie is the worst one." I felt she was telling the audience not to expect much from this movie.

Taking my sis now to see it again

Maybe I'll like it better with no 3D or d-box roller coaster seats

They honestly didn't know what to do with him.

The Apocalypse we see in the film's three acts should have been Apocalypse just in the first act.

The film's second act is where the majority of the problems are. He goes from assembling horsemen straight to wanting Xavier as his next host body after he encounters him via Magneto and Cerebro.

The second act should have been the first fight between the X-Men and the Horsemen, with the world watching and basically going to hell.

Third act Xavier and co. figure out how to get through the Horsemen - or just as in the film its Magneto's turn that brings them down. Then have a massive battle where Apocalypse fights all of them with everything he's got and the mitary aid the X-Men in their fight. They realize he's indestructible and lock him away somewhere, etc, until the next time.

Singer and Kinberg honestly wasted the biggest X-Men villain of all time. What they did to Apocalypse would have been okay for Sinister or Magneto, just not Apocalypse.

Great write up, I would've preferred if Apoc would've been handled like this.

Would've actually been cool seeing Superheroes working alongside military.

The movie should've been called XMEN: Juggernaut

Since the villain was so one dimensional in this film

Another ****ing Wolverine? ANOTHER ONE!

Yet Mr Knight is nowhere to be see, man, screw Hasbro!

I need my Kamala, my Robbie Reyes and my Mr Knight like yesterday!

Okay I saw it but a detailed review will come later as I've got other things to take care of right now. In short I thought it was okay. Some cool things, some things that were fun to watch, some genuinely emotional moments and then some really stupid things but overall...yeah just okay.

You know, with all the push Marvel is giving to the Chulks and the Khamalas, only the usual suspects keep getting figs.

Right? Like the 10th Cap, the 20th Iron man, the 12th, 30th Spiderman, and just 1 ****ing Moon Knight, from the Toy Biz era.

Not a single Kamala.

It's not like they have to develop new molds, they have everything to make these figs with zero retooling required.

That Wolverine looks kinda cool, I'd get it if I wasn't sick of Wolverine, but, I'm gonna ***** until I get my Mr Knight :lol

Truth. Meanwhile, Spider-Gwen got a fig like, 6 months after her debut. Sometimes, the universe is a real *****...

Singer rushed this one. I felt it throughout. He worked on the First Class story for a year and then Vaughn, Stentz, Miller and Goldman delivered a strong script.

Kinberg is incredibly uneven. Sometimes he delivers something fantastic (DOFP) then others he doesn't (Apocalypse).

I say lose Kinberg and keep Singer for the 2018 X-Men.

Let Boone handle New Mutants and give X-Force to Tim Miller (Wadlow sucks).

My favorite line from all the reviews out there:

"Olivia Munn, by the way, may not have been aware that the camera was rolling in any of her scenes."

:lol :lol :lol
