Wolverine is not in this. Joe Russo suggests introducing Logan in a Secret Wars movie and having him fight the Hulk. Also seems like he may have an actor in mind for the role.

Listen, my second favorite character growing up, and one of my prized possessions in my comic book collection is Incredible Hulk #181, which of course is the first appearance of Wolverine. I feel like the mission of the Marvel Universe is to keep expanding and surprising people. Surprise them with casting choices, surprise them with story choices. If we’re moving into this world of crossover events, certainly that affords opportunity for other large-scale stories from the books like Secret Wars — which was another favorite comic of mine as a kid.

Yeah, they should've cut her loose. She's not selling any tickets for this one.

It's definitely a double-edged sword they signed her up before she got real big. But now they're probably locked into paying her money, when she doesn't need to be there. Now she's such a big star she draws focus away from the characters we should be focusing on. The movie's called Dark Phoenix, but I'd wager Mystique will have more screen time than Jean herself.

Holy crap that looks absolutely terrible.

The entire Singerverse has become an outright parody of itself. Xavier trying to guide a troubled soul while J. Law disapproves and Magneto goes too far? Who the hell are they expecting to get excited about this for the 11th time?

Looks like this one doesn't even have Wolverine getting his ass handed to him or Magneto lifting something. For **** sake what a joke.
