Don't bother. It's not a Superman movie.

I really don’t know why tdkr gets harshly judged by comic fans. The acting was great, the action was good, and it brought the trilogy full circle. I thought it was just as good as BB. My only really problem with it was Joeseph Gordon Levit. Other than that it is in my top 3 comic book movies of all time.

And I’m not even a Batman fan.

Coming from someone who defended it while it was out and still like it enough that I've watched it at least a few times since release on Blu, its still a severely flawed movie and just overall too busy. The whole Talia substory should have been scrapped which I think it would have helped alot and JGL's whole role was too slapstick only it was supposed to be serious. What worked, I thought was great, but there were things in it that just... meh. none of this will probably register a bit with you though if you think this is a top three CBMs. :lol

Keep at it, we'll win this war. :lol

pturtle's armor will eventually crumble. :lol

I understand that. A lot was happening, I don’t think it is perfect but I think the good far outweighs the bad, and it is a lot better than most superhero movies being released these days. Nothing phase 2 from marvel, Amazing Spidermeh, or The Wolverine are better movies than it, in my opinion.

But I’m also not a dc comic book guy, so I look at it as a casual batman fan. I know a lot of real Batman fans thought it was a disappointment. Because of its not much like the source material.

Well I meant nothing Phase 2 so far. Iron Man 3 was awful, even if you take out the Mandarin twist, and Thor 2 was worse in my opinion. You don’t have to agree with it, but I don’t think what I am saying warrants a not serious gif :lol

Saying something like the FF films are the greatest superhero films to date does though.

The Wolverine was great...

TDKR was a turd to anyone being even slightly objective.

Why was it turd? I’m not even here to argue, I actually want to know what makes it a turd film.

The Wolverine was alright. I thought it was the best superhero movie of 2013 no doubt. But that 3 act was :slap

Bane wasn’t a henchman though

What wrong with Bruce retiring to end the trilogy?

And I thought most of the plot holes have been pretty much answered since the movie came out.

It is missing a good script and director. I have no problem with the action. My problem is everything else besides the action and Henry Cavill

TDKR needs a directors cut with the Taila crap removed, gutted, she just remains a do gooder that rode Wayne lap. Take out the JGL scene where he claims to see Batman in the eyes nonsense, one rung below grandpa waving goodbye while him and old yeller get swept up by a tornado. Smooth some of the time crunch issues by using the dropped footage to focus on the Gotham occupation. I really loved Bane pulling a Red Dawn on Gotham, I just hated some of the subpot crap they littered this with.
