So let me get this straight. He's 19 and has a 4 year old son. And he spent 750 on what he thought was an XBone as a gift for his son. What does a 4 year old need with a next gen console? If you're going to buy a 4 year old a console how about you start off with a 360 that's currently on sale. Or better yet, spend 750 on birth control!

Not only that but, he even said he read that the listing stated it was for a PHOTO ONLY but he didn't think that was right since the listing was under the Video Games category. So he bid on an auction that specifically says its for a picture, says he got scammed, and gets a free xb1. I think even a 360 is too much for a 4yr old. Get that kid a Wii or something lol.

Did you look at the auction? It didn't say photo only. It did say photo but I wasn't really clear what he was buying, be it a photo or a Xbox one.

Sorry. When I was trying to boot up it would show me the loading screen but only for 5-10 seconds. After that, itd just take me home. Basically the game never started. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. So far it works but I got another issue now

Got Ryse for a little over $12, so no matter what it will be worth the money. I do like the little I played so far, kinda like a mix of Batman:AA and God of War.

Exactly. This is just more of that nanny state mentality BS. IF the description said that the auction was for a picture and not the actual xbox then that just a fine for being stupid.

I'm not a genius at all, but I'm definitely feeling good about myself every time I see crap like this on the news. But then I read more about him getting awarded a free system for stupidity, and then I feel sad because I never get rewarded for not being stupid.

Well after playing Ryse for a few hours, I gotta say its pretty fun. Though only like 30 or so minutes was actual campaign while the rest was gladiator multiplayer/solo.
