Big message for Sideshow!!!

Whilst I initally thought this figure was unbeatable, I have just been playing around in photoshop with the eyes?

When i first saw it I would have given the figure sculpt 10/10. But after playing with the eyes, if you drop the eyes very slightly so his forehead is extended, and the space between his nose and mouth is reduced, you have a photo image of Mark Hamil.

It's hard to explain, but as soon as the pics are officially released, I will post my two verisons. It's still a great item, but it could be much better! I am amazed at the difference, dropping the eyes slightly makes.

As soon as the pics are released, I'll post a double pic of the Sideshow Luke, and how it could have been!

The more I look at it, if you zoom in on his head, it almost could pass as a photo of Mark Hamill.

I agree. But a tease is better than nothing. Remember Sidehsow do it all the time. The picture is only available to the trade, and is not allowed to be published. But I though the odd little snippet here and there can't hurt. Sorry if it's upsetting you, I'll remove everything, until Sideshow decides its time to show it. The fact it's released inabout 2 months, probably means the official pics are only days away.

Me too,and in my case I mean when the figure is in collector's hands. So many recent SSC figures have been of a lesser standard than the great looking prototypes that I no longer get excited when the first proto shots are shown.

Ok....so you own the rights to the picture someone else gave you???...and you will only trade something like what for it (money)???...ah what ever I will gladly just wait until Thursday's newsletter than jump through some stupid hoops to see a picture that might not even be real.

From the little peek I saw, Luke looked pretty darn good.

I hope they use that sculpt for Tatooine as well. I assume they will.

But this seems really important to you judging by how upset it made you. You can sleep easy hero other's have already seen the pic. Great job on showing how much character you have with the name calling too, icing on the cake
