It's Joan Rivers!

Or Heidi Montag? :huh

Ya know...I am completely against frivolous lawsuits. But if this kid worked as hard as they say he did...got permission to be gone ahead of time with the understanding that he would be able to make up the lab...was gone for a good reason...an adoption hearing...missed so very little time besides that...and add to all that that the teacher has a reputation for doing this to students...I can see that he has a legititmate complaint IF these grades are necessary to get him into a specific colledge that wishes to attend.

It should not go to lawsuit...but it should be corrected.

I got screwed out of a high school diploma...so I kind of feel for the kid.

I think the blame lies with everybody. The teacher's a ******* for not allowing a make-up for an excused absence, the administration are ********* for not forcing the teacher to fulfill the make-up lab and for cowering to parental bullying by awarding the child an unearned A+, and the parents are ********* for continuing with a lawsuit after getting the A+. The scariest thing is if/when this is decided (and it will, in favor of the parents), it sets a precedence. :monkey1

But they changed his grade to a B and he still sued.

Plus we're only hearing his side of it. I'm sure the other side has to keep quite due to the suit.

So is it always rape if you have sex with a sheep, being that they can never give consent? Or are there universal romantic signs by which you can tell beyond a reasonable doubt that the sheep wants it?

Where's Destro when you need him? Maybe Sean Connery could tell us....
