Yes. The horror...
I was thinking about what you said about not wanting to tell anyone you have Norse ancestry, now that this has happened. The same thought once crossed my mind because my last name is German, and I used to be uncomfortable with that (even though my dad's father was an Army medic at Utah Beach, and served four more European tours after that).
What finally occurred to me was that if that my great-great-great grandfather had wanted to stay and be a part of German society, he wouldn't have taken his eight kids with him on a boat to Boston.
Just like the Muslim girl who got fired rom Disney World for wearing a headscarf. You ain't the boss, chicken.
Imane Boudlal should win millions (if she hasn't already). That was some straight-up bull**** on Disney's part.

No, she shouldn't. They owe her millions? They don't even owe her (or anyone) a ****ing job.
Not. The boss. Chicken.
Not allowing for religious freedom is a direct violation of constitutional rights. It'd be like me handcuffing you and gluing your mouth shut so you can't be you. Wearing the hijab isn't offensive (unless you're a racist) and should've been more than acceptable given it's illegal to violate or make an employee sign away their constitutional rights. It's blatant discrimination.
So if I'm a Wiccan, I should be allowed to wear my witches outfit at Disney World?
If Wicca actually had an "outfit," I'd imagine it would be debatable.
Some are into it that much that they dress the part.
No one says you can't do what you want at home, but you shouldn't expect everyone else to cater to your beliefs.
Flawed thinking, Weenie. She wasn't insisting that everybody else wear a hijab, just her. How does that infringe upon your rights, or the rights of others?
