As a person of faith, I enjoyed it.

For a biblical story, I thought it was much better than what we normally get. Jesus did have a more Mediterranean look, and as for his disciples, it can seem possible how many could view em as paranoid or insane. It's all a matter of perspective.

Acting was also pretty solid. I think the reason for low scores are due to the genre and a few others nitpicked reasons.

Only one with extra content. Everyone else has the standard set and the 3D set.

Target also has the red regular case and the gold 3D case. Over the standard Disney Blue reg and silver 3D.

I had a chance to rent Gods of Egypt for .50 today, decided against it, holding out for a .25 rental.



In all honesty, the groan my Wife made at the prospect of seeing the movie was enough to let the wind out of my half inflated sails.
