Just FYI, according to an analysis I’ve seen on a 1/6 FB group it’s been taking an average of 516 days from HT announcement of a figure to release. Best I can tell that’s typically about one quarter after the anticipated release. I see the date this thread started is March 21, 2021. Assuming this thread was created as soon as someone saw this two-pack announced, that places the release date at Aug. 19, 2022. Again, according to the average. So towards the end of Q3.

Can't come quick enough !!! Considering there is zero development for it, you'd hope it would be a bit quicker.

But we all know Hot Toys doesn't roll with logic.

They do and that's b/c the arms are the same length they've been since the MOS figure. The thing is, after that, they shortened the figure since ppl said MoS was too tall but that leaves him looking pretty stubby. The huge thigh enhancers don't help either. At least it looks like they fixed the pointy deltoids.

Glad to see they updated the coat on Batman

Some of my fav shots. Jacket definitely darker. Hard to tell exactly until we see real unfiltered shots.

Supes the same, but that's OK I can use the red eyes version with my Darkseid.

The coat is new. The texture and color are not the same as old. I prefer the old texture as it looked more like leather (as it should). This almost looks suede.

The faceplates have always been the same since proto.

paint apps look nice but that's to be expected.

I'm just glad there's another chance at getting a spare superman body as that's all I want from this set.

Still hate those stands, they make no sense with either of these figures. Won't even bother taking them out of the box.

Finished my payment plan a while ago but 2nd batch so still a while to wait. Just glad they upgraded the coat. No need for a custom now.

A bit disappointed that we didn’t get an updated Superman head sculpt, but otherwise I’m pleased to see a new Knightmare Batman coat and that it’s releasing during Q3. This makes me hopeful that we’ll get Cyborg on schedule in Q4. I have to have at least one 1/6 figure waiting under the Christmas tree after all.
