Got it sitting there is all its 4K Dolby Atmos glory and have zero desire to watch it again after I saw an interview with the director of Beverly Hills Cop 4; he said he doesn't like how fake everything looks now because of CG and went back to completely in-camera "roughness" of 70's, 80's and 90's films - where everything isn't perfect.

Last night I watch the 4K version of First Blood - amazing!
The night before was the 4K version of The Exorcist - equally amazing!

Just realized I need to watch more old films, because as much as I enjoyed Furiosa, after watching the original 3 with brutal in-camera practical stunts and effects, then these other two films, the CG era really has no "weight" to it :(

Well the good thing is that you can still enjoy movies like Furiosa with CGI because it doesn’t destroy what came before it.

He said he was very fortunate to have worked with Mel and he bothered him every second with Road Warrior questions lol
Ransom?

Yeah the action in BHC4 is surprisingly decent and it’s actually pretty hard to spot any CG, most of it looks like old school in camera stuff. Clearly Netflix just threw a ton of money on this one.

Speaking of Imax, clearly I am spoilt too much, I am only 10 mins away from one. And I’m all set w my Deadpool ticket!

I refuse to watch BVC for Murphy said he will no longer do his trademark laugh ever again.

Fame makes people stupid…i d e r lol
He did??? Why???? :cuckoo:
Really dumb reason…

“That was my real laugh. And then I realized, ‘Oh, they're laughing at my laugh.’ And then it became like, you know, all I have to do is do that laugh and they would laugh. And it was like, ‘Oh, no.’ And I really made myself stop laughing. Like, I don't laugh like that anymore. It's a strange thing as a human being, to have to adjust something that is natural. I can't laugh like that.”
