No way did they go back to the dotted printed method for this. Last time I remember seeing that was on the DX11? They used it quite a bit of it on that. Why go back to it now for an Artisan release?

I only remember this on DX11.... it's not really noticeable to be honest.

Maybe has to do with getting consistent makeup pattern.

I wonder if this is also going to be the case on the regular Artisan, which looks to have a different pattern. Part of me wonders if this isn’t just what a rush job to get it out in time for cons looks like…

Must not be a lot of people going for this. Just joined at 15mins past. #3466 in queue and then it just takes me to the order page in 30 seconds

Had it in my cart but just couldn’t go through with it. $500 after taxes/shipping just wasn’t worth it for the headsculpt alone, especially having the purple coat Artisan on order.
Same. Had they included a cowled sculpt with his faceplate like the Batfleck version I would have bit and used the haired sculpt on something else.

About the same for me. I was on their site and just wanted to see what this landfill was going for. The Ledger Joker obsession just seemingly has no end to it. If yet another 1/6 company was created today, I have no doubt that DK Joker would be their first figure.

I don't get why some people's Inart hair looks so bad, does it vary that much? Like mine does not flare out like that or looks nearly as poofy.

Given the number of complaints of people missing out on the first Artisan joker. Pro tip : you can pick up the standard version and this one, now you have all the heads and costumes. No need to compare sculpted vs rooted hair and crap
