1/6 Hot Toys - Moon Knight - Moon Knight (Artisan Edition)

In 2022, Moon Knight made his screen debut as the first comic character to be featured in a Marvel Studios’ TV series besides the ones that have previously appeared in the movie theatre. Starring Oscar Isaac, the series brought Moon Knight to the spotlight with its phenomenal plot and outstanding narrative.

Today, Hot Toys is excited to present an Artisan Edition of the 1/6th scale Moon Knight collectible figure that captures the exquisite likeness of Marc Spector/Steven Grant with an all-new head sculpt, complemented by intricate wool hair implant technique that allows a faithful representation of the character. This is an exclusive release available with limited quantity of 2,500 pieces only in selected markets.

Exquisitely crafted based on Oscar Isaac’s screen appearance as Moon Knight in the spin-off, the figure features a newly developed head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs, an LED-lighted masked head, and sculpted bandages throughout the body. The weathering effect accentuates the Moon Knight costume, which is adorned with ancient symbols and patterns, creating an authentic representation of the character’s suit. The finely tailored suit also comes with a fabric belt and sculpted boots. Additionally, variety of sizes for his signature crescent blades and a figure stand are included to enhance display options.

The Artisan Edition of the fist of Khonshu is definitely a must-have for those who want to go behind the mask.

Might try for this. The headsculpt is great and they’ve proven with Joker (and WB100 WW) that they can do the rooted hair in mass production. Sort of lame that he doesn’t come with some sort of a diorama base.


For those that have the original figure, do you see any differences here aside from the unmasked headsculpt and display base?

Very surprising choice for the next Artisan, but damn does this look amazing. I think I'd feel conflicted owning this though, as I'd feel obligated to display the expensive rooted sculpt and never have him in his full Moon Knight look.

Kind of lazy.... the only new thing is the sculpt... figure itself is basically the same as the old one with dirt.

Why is HT suddenly all in on Moon Knight?

Head sculpt likeness is a 10 , it really looks great, but the rooting looks abit off to me.
Imo I actually think the standard sculpted hair looks better from the promos.

Might have taken Oscar two years to approve. Remember there never was a Poe figure from 3 films.

This has to be the most low effort Artisan they've done yet. They just took the old figure, sprinkled some black paint over it, and plunked the new sculpt on it. And then they took away the larger base and the life size Moon-arang (which was just Styrofoam to begin with, but No, you can't have that) I bet they didn't even fix the ankle joints. Yes I want it. I love/hate this company so much

Don't really like the heavy weathering. They should have just gone all the way and made it battle damaged. Then the original figure might have retained some value. Better yet, they could have put this sculpt on a Marc Spector mercenary figure.

That would be cool. My ideal Oscar Isaac figure would be from Ex Machina though. He can really rock a beard.

It does look good, but for a character like this I'd never display him without his mask & hood. I don't recall - did he ever even appear in the show in full MK costume without them?? I wouldn't use the Oscar Isaac sculpt on Mr. Knight either. I think I'll stick with my OG HT Moon Knight & SooSooToys Mr. Knight and wait to pick up the inevitable Poe Dameron figure.

I imagine that hair will be challenging to keep styled that way. There's a certain messiness to Joker that allows for some varying degrees of futzing and accuracy but this styling reminds me of the Superman curl in the front and I am just guessing that out of the box it isn't going to look that good. Really tremendous head sculpt but not a figure I have any interest in.

Maybe. Chances are good for a Poe figure next year for The Force Awakens 10th anniversary though.

I would easily get him and a new Kylo, but I doubt HT touches the ST unless Disney demands new merchandise be made.

You’ll see maybe a Rey and Kylo 2.0. That’s it. Pretty sure Howard even said the ST stuff doesn’t sell

Limited Artisan editions are guaranteed to sell out regardless. They won't have to worry about sales.
