Marvel: Iron Man Life-Size Bust - #2957 4th Quarter now narrowed to Nov 2008

Yeah, but didn't they also say that they would be coming in split shipment starting at the end of September, early October all the way through November? I though they'd get a batch in by now.....

In the commerce section? Good luck with your sales maing :D It'll be worth it

yes indeed, thanks man, im really hoping to raise enough fund for this bad boy. even sacrificing my capt and thor PF for this.

Maybe it is pushed so the first batch will be November and the rest will follow December/January? Or all of them will ship November/December :dunno

Nah this means first batch direct will be November. Depending on how many come in that batch that means ADs will probably get theirs in Dec/Jan.

I was thinking last night in the newsletter would have been the perfect time to announce an IM movie maquette. I still think I am pretty certain I will pick this up.

Mike! Awsome Sig!

I know man. I had mine on flex pay and I had to pay $40 to cancel, since I already made one payment :( But I found one for $385 shipped after the LIVE discount, so I didn't mind :banana

i cancelled mine, but would consider getting one for that price. too bad i can't even get live.com to complete a search

I would be careful in the Ebay pre-order even with the LIVE discount. If it goes beyond 30 days, then you're out of luck in your $700+. What happen if they won the lotto and move to a remote island?

Oh I know. I've been in close contact with the seller and he's mentioned several times that he will be fully responsible for anything and offered a full refund at ANY time for ANY reason. I'm thinking these emails should provide ample documentation in the case that I have to file a claim. Hopefully it won't come to that point

when i search for something on the site, it doesn't even finish the search, it just gives me an error message.

That's weird! Are you going to the LIVE.com website and just searching "sideshow Iron man" (as an example) It should bring up a page just like any other search engine and it should have a link to eBay(with a little note underneath mentioning that you could save up to 30%)....

Is jbinny in the US? I think its US only, much to my chagrin :(

That's just it though. You can't make a claim at all. Paypal limits the claim window to 45 days. If you used a credit card, you could try doing a charge back through the bank, but the limitation there is usually 60 days, sometimes 90.

Don't mean to worry you, since there are legit sellers. Just realize you're really not covered.

I'm not a lawyer, but an email from the seller might win in a court against the SELLER only; and not against eBay or Paypal or credit card company.

Unless you want to go through the headache of hiring a lawyer for a year just to fight $700 or less after lawyer takes a good portion of it. Then again, if i'm a lawyer, I don't think I'll waste my time on a $700 case LOL. :)
