1:1 Iron man Bust

Anybody see the latest Sideshow "Express Update" email....$75 off the IM 1:1 bust due to minor "paint flaws"

Yeah, really "classy" move there. I have a feeling there will be a bunch of these showing up in the express updates in the future as well.

I only got offered $45 off of my replacement that came with a paint chip in it if I wanted to try and fix it with some paint myself.

Way to take care of your customers, Sideshow...:emperor

My life is much richer than the majority of you goobers.. I can assure you that..

But again, not all. And I can say that from personal experience....I can assure you that.

So back to the 1:1 IM Bust. (I think that's the thread I'm in.) I think it looks great. I will agree that the piece is priced a little high, just simply based on all of the returns/complaints and QC issues. However, if I got a flawless/near flawless one, I wouldn't hesitate paying retail for this one.

i agree, the bust is amazing it does look good in the collections i have seen. just wish it had been painted better. but it does sound like some of you got good ones, which is great.

My 2nd one I received is painted very well.. first one had splotches.. errors.. even said if this looks like this for all of them I am not buying it. Then I got one of the good ones.. and I gotta say it is one of my favorite pieces and I got some nice pieces.

Well... honestly.. all SideShow pieces have some sort of imperfection. But this is solid and as tight as they come...
