that was one of my dislikes about my Anakin when I did my resculpt, so as I only ever planned to pose him with the robe on, I snipped the stitching between the shoulder things and the belt, and pulled them lower on the front... and therefore higher on the back (but you dont see them as they're under the robe)
It was one of the things that makes my anakin look so much more like a little mini Hayden, as opposed to a toy.
I'm not sure how this Obi Wan is attached though, if I remember right it's not the same design as the Anakin with 2 seperate pieces, but the back pieces only go as faar as the belt?
Either way when mine comes I'll probably do some sort of similar cheat for this

All is right in the world (almost) when we have a nude kitchen shot and the doily posted. Now where is that swingset shot T?
btw, I just got mine in and this is a beautiful figure in every way except the hair coloring, the outfit is very nice, great boots, great blaster and most of all I truly believe this is THE BEST SW HEAD SCULPT Yet. Seriously... so my Obi head is off to get his "hair done" and I will post pics next week.. but just a great figure overall, kudos to Andy B and SSC.

Called again today, talked to someone different, she said it was no problem, it happens sometimes and they would send me out a sticker in a week or two. What a differeance a day makes, and a different CS person. Thanks SS!!

Well, its not quite what you want but... I was going for the contemplative, rubbing-his-moustache Obi here...
I just couldn't get his hand up quite far enough to actually touch the edge of his moustache. Those damn elbows.

I think one of those girls is bi-polar. I've only had amazing service from Erin, Amy, and Jennifer. But I've heard some horror stories about someone being rude as hell and just making no effort like it seems in your case. We should start a helped by thread and list all the times someone is helped by CS and try to do it by name. Maybe if they know we're keeping tabs, this thing might happen less frequently.

Yeah, Erin and Jenn have helped me out in the past.... top notch women, the both of them!
They are the only reason that I can even SAY that I have an Obi or Mace coming anytime soon. That AND saving me from cancelling the JAWS maquette. They rock....
