Beyond Clocktower version, since that one isn't on that artwork, I think 85 Radiation Suit, or 2015 with the yellow jacket to replicate the part 2 poster would be my other preferences.

Which one do I think makes the most sense that encompasses the entire BTTF trilogy? Probably the 1955 Doc in the white lab coat, in my opinion. Which do I think would look the coolest? Probably 1985 Doc in his radiation suit, or 1985 Doc in 1885 with his rifle.
By the way, the Doc in the yellow shirt with the cacti on it at the beginning of BTTF III is also a 1955 rendition of Doc.
